Driving: Ride Quality

With the adjustable air suspension, optional on the V6 and S models but standard on the Turbo, Cayenne owners can choose between “Comfort,” “Normal,” and “Sport” settings. “Comfort” makes it easy to dial in a comfortable ride; however, this setting can make the Cayenne a little woozy on undulating pavement so we recommend keeping it set to “Normal.” For aggressive driving, the taut “Sport” setting is a good choice but on distressed surfaces it's downright harsh. Note that when the powertrain's “Sport” mode is selected, the suspension automatically defaults to the “Sport” setting.
